Faculty Textbook Ordering (Adopting) Page
Adopt Textbooks
Please read the below instructions before attempting to order books.
To register, you will need your department’s username and password. Your department's username is always the departmental abbreviation and the word "orders" combined into one word. The password will always be "spartan". For example, English is "englorders" with a password of "spartan". Justice Studies is "jsorders" with a password of "spartan". You can see a chart of usernames and passwords here:

Once you have the department Username and password:
1. Click “Register Here” from the Log In page.
2. Click "Create Profile for Adopting Course Materials"
3. Enter your information and click “Submit Faculty Registration”.
We do not need your home address so if you do not wish to submit this information you can skip these fields, but the starred '*' fields are required by the system and the registration will not be accepted if they are left blank. If you think you might order a T-shirt or a pen in the future, then you might want to consider entering your home address for shipping purposes. We do, however, want and need your phone number and e-mail, so make sure that information is appropriate to how and where you want to be contacted.
Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to a screen offering two options: “Add New Department”, click this button to add your academic department to your profile or “Go to Faculty Page" which will take you to the main faculty adoptions page where you will begin the online adoption process. You must have already added a department to your profile in order to order books.
You can now order books online! We strongly suggest you read the "Complete Directions for Use of the New Faculty Ordering Website" before attempting to order books. The webpage is not intuitive and you may not be able to fully utilize all of the features without reading the directions
PLEASE NOTE: MBA and SAL Courses are adopted in the current term of record. For example, if BUS 297.10 begins on/after 1/25/10, the adoptions will be recorded in Spring 2010 (which is where your students will find them online).
